Stephanie understands the unique stressors these concerns can bring and walks alongside her clients with both clinical insight and deep empathy, helping them reconnect with their sense of purpose and self-worth. She supports a diverse range of populations, including individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, those navigating adoption or foster care experiences, and military families or veterans. Stephanie’s work is grounded in evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and family systems therapy.
