I’ve been with Lifestance for over a month now. Have seen both a counselor and psychologist. My experience with both has been very professional and positive. I’ve dealt with them as well as office staff. I’ve had to reach out through the patient portal as well and receive a same day response. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their mental health! They have been a lifesaver for me working towards creating a better life for myself.

When I decided to change my provider, the staff was very supportive. They offered to transfer a discharge summary to my new provider. And overall what I expected to be a difficult appointment, was made easy by Lifestance. Changing my provider was not due to anything negative about this practice at all. l chose to go a different direction with my therapy that this clinic could not continue. I would recommend this practice overall with 5 stars.

I love that I was able to meet with the Doctor in person. They also informed me if I ever couldn't do an in person appointment I could do a televisit. Doctor Hernandez was so easy to talk to. It surprised me just how much I talked openly during our first visit. I think I've had that happen only one other time in the over 20 years of receiving treatment.
