Hear me out, bc it gets better: It was extremely difficult to navigate the tech heavy process required to get an appt and then have my first appt “lost?” requiring another round of scheduling. BUT!!! …Once I successfully linked up with the MD by appt via zoom meeting, I was very anxious bc I have had the same psychiatrist for many years and the medical plan has worked to keep me stable - anxiety & depression under control… which is the greatest gift ever! Well, Dr Sharp was very cordial, professional and listened. He asked important questions and suggested some resources that are available to me. He was caring and kind. I say this bc it is not common to be LISTENED to and HEARD. Many have their set-in-concrete preconceived theories and opinions as to how every person should be txed. It was an answer to my many prayers to find a doctor who was there to do what would be best for me. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a psychiatrist.

When I decided to change my provider, the staff was very supportive. They offered to transfer a discharge summary to my new provider. And overall what I expected to be a difficult appointment, was made easy by Lifestance. Changing my provider was not due to anything negative about this practice at all. l chose to go a different direction with my therapy that this clinic could not continue. I would recommend this practice overall with 5 stars.

I am so thankful to have came here because I was able to get diagnosed with ADHD and gain clarity of why I have struggled in certain ways. the staff here, especially the ones who often answer the phone, have always been so kind and helpful to me. i really appreciate what you guys do and just know you guys are truly changing lives! im very grateful to be able to be getting prescribed medication to help. ❤️

Dr. Gregory Williams was amazing! I think I was a little nervous, and scared to let everything out , however he knew what to do and what to fix so I could feel better! I wish I knew about yall sooner :) hopefully i cam sign a release so he cam talk to my boss about my seizures and meds and if theres an emergency to let him know! i really really liked how sweet the front staff were too! I love that I was able to meet with the Doctor in person. They also informed me if I ever couldn't do an in person appointment I could do a televisit. Doctor Hernandez was so easy to talk to. It surprised me just how much I talked openly during our first visit. I think I've had that happen only one other time in the over 20 years of receiving treatment.
