Jeremie Taylor helps patients across Utah find stability, relief, and renewed direction as they navigate life’s challenges. He provides individual and family therapy for adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors at LifeStance Health, creating a therapeutic space grounded in compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. Jeremie supports clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other mental health concerns with a steady, practical approach that emphasizes resilience and long-term wellbeing. Drawing from extensive experience in both clinical work and his 20-year career as a first responder, Jeremie offers a unique perspective that supports individuals coping with stress, grief, and critical incident exposure. He works with first responders, military members, and others who carry high-pressure responsibilities, helping them understand their symptoms, strengthen coping strategies, and rebuild a sense of internal balance. His work with obsessive-compulsive concerns and school avoidance further reflects his ability to support individuals across diverse needs and stages of life. Jeremie offers focused support for men’s issues, midlife transitions, and childhood behavior challenges, helping clients address emotional patterns, relational stressors, and identity-related concerns with insight and skill. He additionally provides care for alcohol and drug use issues, psychosis-related symptoms, and a range of other conditions. His therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Family Therapy and mindfulness strategies. For clients seeking spiritually integrated care, Jeremie offers faith-based and Christian counseling. He has extensive experience working with first responders, military/veteran communities, and men navigating personal or professional transitions, and he offers additional services to support many other populations. Outside the therapy room, Jeremie enjoys spending time outdoors—hunting, hiking, exploring, and riding his Harley Davidson. He values time with family and friends, loves traveling, and enjoys learning about different cultures. He also spends time in his woodshop building small projects that help him stay grounded and creative.

Dr. Taylor is amazing. He is completely knowledgeable and competent. He takes the time to explain to you the issue, what needs to be done, how it will be done and what you need to do to recover. He will ensure he has the adequate number of sessions with you to make sure you are on track in your healing journey. He will go as deep with your questions as you want to go. When he is with you, it is your time. I never got the impression that I was a nuisance or wasting his time. I have YouTubed a video of the type of surgery he performed on me (ruptured distal bicep tendon repair), and it is no joke! His advice for post surgery meds dosage and general PT have been spot on to help my healing. While I hope I don't ever have to see Dr. Taylor under these circumstances again, lol!, he would be my first choice 100% of the time! I would entrust my family and friends with him too. Thanks, Dr. Taylor, nothing but mad respect for you!

Dr. Taylor asked the questions needed to be able to fix my knee in the best way for me! He listens to you and explains clearly what would be the least invasive and then moves forward from there. He is very honest and clear with what will happen. I did physical therapy which wasn't fixing the problem. He did repairs in surgery which was the best experience for a'scared patient' who didn't know what to expect. Dr. Taylor explained everything but I was still worried! The outcome has been better than expected and I am so happy! I would recommend him to everyone!

There needs to be more doctors like Dr. Taylor. There is no bullsh!t to him. Everything from my consult to my procedure and even with followup, he told me his thoughts, told me my options, and then followed through with everything that he said he would do.He is very professional, courteous, and straight to the point. My procedure did not go as planned due to unforseen complications, but Dr. Taylor was able to fix the issue. I am leaps and bounds ahead of my co-worker who had the same surgery, at roughly the same time, but just at a different facility.

I had surgery on March 05 , 2024. I had very little pain after the surgery. I didn’t take any pain medication after the surgery. The strongest medication I took , was ibuprofen. Dr Taylor and his staff ( especially his PA Allie ) were very professional. I did my Physical Therapy at Orem Physical Therapy. The staff there was really helpful. They encouraged me to do my exercises., there and at home. I was playing golf by mid August. I was hitting my driver by early September. No pain at all. I am in my 70’s. Thank you Dr Taylor and staff. Don

Having to have torn rotator cuff surgery was something I said I never want to have to go through. I had heard so many stories of how awful it was. Now that I’m on the other side of it, for me it was not something I want to do again, but it was not as bad as I expected. I’m 3 months post surgery, have full range of motion and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Taylor did an amazing job, was never too busy to answer questions. I would 100 % recommend him to everyone who might need his services. I would definitely go back to him if needed.

After a bike accident, I separated my shoulder, and ended up getting surgery to repair it. Dr. Taylor was great through the entire experience - answering all my questions, helping me weigh the pros and cons, and doing an amazing job with the actual surgery. I'm now 12 weeks post op and have full range of motion back, and a scar that's healing really well. I especially appreciated that he remembered my love of biking and addressed how my involved would be impacted through each visit. I definitely recommend Dr. Taylor as a surgeon!
