About David Flynn (He/Him)
David is a three time graduate from Old Dominion University Graduating Summa Cum Laude. He was a member of the US Navy Special Warfare community for 8 years while in the Navy reserves and worked for Bank of America for 16 years before finding his true calling in Mental Health. David can relate to you on many different levels as a father, son, husband, military member, military dependent, former high school athlete and business person. With over 9 years of experience working with clients, he is here to help you reach your goals. David uses the latest research in psychotherapy to help you reach your goals through CBT, REBT, Strength Base Focus, Solution Focus and Motivational Interviewing all while using a Person Center Approach to help you find success in counseling. We believe you are the expert of your own life.
