Life is hard at times; we all need someone to talk with. You’re not alone and you deserve to live a full life of happiness and success. The first step is reaching out.
I, Sue Fryant, am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Virginia and North Carolina. With over 15 years of experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings, including private practice, medical social work, out-patient, in-home, schools, and hospice. I help navigate life’s challenges with warmth, clinical skill, and a deep commitment to emotional well-being. I provide individual therapy for adults and seniors, supporting those dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, including grief and loss. With a focus on empowering individuals to develop the tools they need to move forward, through thoughtful and personalized care. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. Whether helping someone cope with overwhelming anxiety or supporting them through the complexities of major life transitions, I offer a safe and compassionate space for healing. The therapeutic process is individualized to meet your needs. We will work together to establish realistic and attainable goals for you to achieve. These goals are flexible and can be modified or changed throughout the therapy process as your needs change.
