Liz Loving, LICSW,
About Liz Loving (She/Her)
Liz Loving helps teens and adults across Washington find support, healing, and renewed confidence as they navigate life’s challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy, group therapy, and case management services for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Liz approaches therapy as a collaborative process, creating a welcoming space where patients can feel understood, build on their strengths, and develop practical skills to improve their emotional well-being. Liz is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced racial discrimination, marginalization, and the unique stressors faced by Bi-POC communities. She recognizes the profound impact that systemic inequities, cultural experiences, and identity-related challenges can have on mental health. Through a compassionate and culturally responsive approach, she helps patients process difficult experiences, strengthen resilience, and move toward greater empowerment and emotional wellness. Her clinical work also focuses on anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while offering support for additional mental health concerns. Liz tailors treatment to each person’s goals and values, drawing from evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. Whether patients are working through a recent life challenge or long-standing patterns, she strives to provide care that is both practical and deeply supportive. Outside of her clinical practice, Liz enjoys dancing, watching documentaries, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, family, and beloved Catahoula Leopard dog. These interests reflect her appreciation for connection, curiosity, and maintaining balance in everyday life.
