About Amber Jakubek (She/Her)

Amber Jakubek, LPC helps individuals navigate life’s most difficult moments with compassion, clinical skill, and evidence-based strategies. Serving patients across Wisconsin, she provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, including seniors. Amber works closely with each person to create a safe, respectful space where they feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. Her approach is tailored to support those facing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, and major life transitions. Whether someone is in early stages of change or working to maintain progress, Amber brings both empathy and accountability to the therapeutic relationship. Amber also brings deep experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, military and veterans, and first responders. She is committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive care, and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to help clients build coping skills and emotional regulation. In addition to her primary focus areas, she offers support for a wide range of concerns, including bipolar disorder, psychosis, school avoidance, and health-related psychological challenges. At LifeStance Health, Amber treats individuals ages 6 and up, providing developmentally appropriate care for children, teens, young adults, and older adults alike. She creates space for growth and healing at every stage of life. Outside of her clinical work, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, especially cheering them on in their activities. She also finds joy in baking, gardening, and curling up with a good book.
