Hannah (Weston) Lahmann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor who works with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. Hannah has experience working across many levels of care, including: in-home services, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and residential. As a clinician, Hannah has worked with individuals experiencing difficulties related to depression, anxiety, substance use, self-harm, school avoidance, life transitions, and challenging family dynamics. Hannah takes a client-centered approach to therapy and understands the importance of viewing each client as the expert of their own life. She works to help individuals see and utilize their strengths, and create a life that is in line with their values.
