About Liz Stetter (She/Her)

I believe each person has their own journey in life and I am here to support my clients through that journey. I work with my clients to find out what is most helpful for them to make their journey better for them. I use a person-centered/humanistic approach in therapy where the client takes the lead and building the therapeutic relationship is key. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, life transitions, stress, LGBTQIA+ areas, and individual relationship and family issues.
