About Meagan Grosskreutz (She/Her)

Meagan Grosskreutz, LPC, helps adults and seniors throughout Wisconsin find practical ways to manage emotional challenges, adapt to life changes, and strengthen their overall well-being. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy and case management services for people navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as the everyday stressors that can affect work, relationships, health, and quality of life. Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on helping clients identify meaningful steps toward lasting progress. One area that frequently shapes Meagan’s work is helping individuals adjust to major life transitions. Midlife changes, later-life transitions, chronic health concerns, and shifting family or personal roles can create feelings of uncertainty and loss of direction. She enjoys helping clients gain perspective during these periods, uncover personal strengths, and develop strategies that support resilience and emotional balance as they move into new chapters of life. Meagan also works with adults facing ADHD, anxiety, and depression, recognizing that these concerns often affect multiple areas of daily functioning. She combines evidence-based care with a compassionate understanding of each client’s experiences. Her therapeutic style may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and faith-based approaches when aligned with a client’s goals and values. She offers support for additional mental health concerns and life challenges as well. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Meagan believes therapy should reflect the individual’s unique circumstances, strengths, and aspirations. She values building authentic therapeutic relationships where clients feel comfortable exploring obstacles, celebrating progress, and developing skills that can be used long after therapy has ended. Outside of her professional work, Meagan enjoys spending time with her family, reading, attending Milwaukee Wave indoor soccer games, and making the most of Wisconsin’s summer festivals and beer gardens. She also enjoys building Lego sets and participating in church activities, which provide opportunities for connection, creativity, and community involvement.
