With long standing interest in functional health, Jason is always attuned to the interplay amongst the multitude of factors such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, etc. underpinning the connection between physical and mental wellbeing. In his view, most people are suffering the consequences of perfectly understandable responses to negative life situations and the burdens imposed by modern society. Recognizing patterns, framing experiences from a different perspective, and shifting behavior to be more authentic to one’s true self puts people on a path toward greater ease and life satisfaction.
