Nira Fisher, LCSW,
About Nira Fisher (She/Her)
Nira Fisher, LCSW, helps teens and adults across Wisconsin build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and navigate life challenges with confidence. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care. Nira works with clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns, helping them create meaningful and sustainable change while improving their overall quality of life. Nira partners with clients to better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck and helps them develop healthier ways of responding to stress, uncertainty, and difficult emotions. Her therapeutic style incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In addition to her core areas of expertise, she offers support for a variety of concerns, including grief, life transitions, and additional mental health needs. Nira has experience supporting individuals with complex and diverse experiences, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and those with developmental disabilities. She is passionate about creating an affirming therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to embrace their strengths while addressing challenges that impact daily functioning, relationships, and personal growth. Outside of her clinical work, Nira enjoys exercising, reading, hiking, spending time outdoors, and sharing time with her family and pets.
