Cayla Lund is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist with over 4 years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, and transitional concerns. Cayla is passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and helping navigate through related issues. Cayla utilizes Person Centered, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Cayla has experience counseling children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and groups in clinical and inpatient settings. While Cayla is clinically trained, she also utilizes creative elements in her sessions through the use of art therapy, role plays, guided imagery, and experiential techniques. Cayla believes in a person-centered approach that combines traditional, evidence-based therapy models with a holistic method. When she is not engaged in her dedicated therapeutic work, Cayla can be found exploring new places in nature, spending time with family and friends, or curling up with her pets. Cayla has her Master’s degree from Mount Mary University in Art Therapy and Counseling.
