About Laura Janson
Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2010. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults. Laura is currently working with young adults and adults. She graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with a Masters of Divinity degree. Laura is fully trained in EMDR therapy and is working toward becoming an EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA. Laura also has her Masters of Art degree in Counseling.
Laura utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness skills, grief counseling, and psychodynamic approaches to treatment. Her main area of focus includes depression, anxiety, grief and losses, and ADHD. She has a passion for Christian counseling.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys music, baking, walking, reading and helping others.
