Nickie is a licensed clinical social worker who has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse, and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to practicing as an outpatient psychotherapist, she has previous experience working at Rogers Memorial Hospital and various university settings in order to assist adolescents, adults, and families in dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. Nickie specializes in life and career transitions, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, communication, as well as concerns related to infertility and pregnancy/postpartum mental health concerns. She works hard to establish a trusting, therapeutic relationship with all clients and focuses treatment on helping individuals to gain insight into how various thought patterns influence feelings and behaviors.
