I’ve worked with individuals throughout the years in providing psychotherapy with the focus of Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief and Loss, Substance Abuse and Trauma. I utilize treatment approaches that sustain real results with Strengths-Based, Solutions Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have a person-centered approach and help them to identify sustainable goals and solutions. I enjoy seeing the difference I make in people’s lives and truly advocate to assist those in need.
