Cory Cavegn, LPCC, helps individuals in Colorado navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical strategies, and evidence-based care. He offers a supportive environment where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building skills to achieve lasting growth. Serving adults of all ages, including young adults, middle-aged individuals, and seniors, Cory provides both individual and group therapy to meet clients where they are in their journey. Cory specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, with an emphasis on helping clients develop healthier coping strategies, improve daily functioning, and strengthen resilience. He uses a tailored approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide effective, research-based support. In addition to his primary specialties, Cory also works with clients experiencing challenges related to grief, trauma, midlife transitions, men’s issues, and eating disorders, as well as supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and first responders. Outside of his clinical work, Cory enjoys the outdoors and finds balance through biking, skiing, snowboarding, climbing, mountaineering, and spending time with his dogs. These pursuits reflect his belief in the importance of resilience, adventure, and connection—values he brings into his therapeutic approach.

Cory Cavegn provides services with supervision.
