Hayden Zemanski, LMSW, helps individuals build clarity, resilience, and meaningful change through evidence-based, compassionate therapy for clients across Maryland. As a provisionally licensed social worker at LifeStance Health, he provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults, supporting a wide range of mental health needs including ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
