Specializes In:
I am a limited licensed social worker who graduated from the University of Michigan. I work with adults across Michigan who are looking for a safe, supportive place to talk through what they’re facing and begin creating real, meaningful change. My goal is to help people feel understood, grounded, and genuinely hopeful, regardless of where they choose to start from.
I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, and gender‑identity–related challenges. I know how deeply these experiences can affect confidence, relationships, and day‑to‑day well‑being. Because of that, I tailor therapy to the individual – their story, their comfort level, and their goals. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, people with developmental disabilities, and those navigating interpersonal and relationship challenges.
In our work together, I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness‑based practices. I help clients build coping skills, shift unhelpful thought patterns, deepen emotional awareness, and reconnect with their personal values. My style is person‑centered, relaxed, and nonjudgmental, helping empower the client in a way that best meets their unique needs.
I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative journey, not a clinical checklist. I aim to help clients feel grounded, seen, and empowered as they work through life’s challenges and learn more about themselves.
Outside of my work, I love creative outlets like music, film, and photography. I often encourage clients to explore their own creativity and interests as part of their healing process.
