Brianna Radford helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors navigate emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions with care and clinical intention. She provides therapy to patients across Minnesota through LifeStance Health, creating a welcoming and supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can feel understood while working toward meaningful change.

Brianna treats children and adolescents experiencing behavioral concerns and school avoidance, teens managing emotional stressors, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She also works with couples and families seeking healthier communication and stronger connection. Her clinical work commonly addresses anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals on the autism spectrum. Brianna offers additional areas of focus based on each client’s needs.

A central passion in Brianna’s work is addressing intergenerational trauma and how family patterns, life experiences, and relational dynamics shape emotional well-being across the lifespan. She helps clients build insight into these patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and foster resilience within themselves and their relationships. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, empowering clients to create change that feels both practical and sustainable.

Brianna provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family-based interventions. She emphasizes mindfulness, emotional regulation, and skill-building to help clients manage stress, improve relationships, and move forward with greater confidence.

Outside of her clinical work, Brianna enjoys exploring the arts, including music, dance, crafts, knitting, painting, film, and theater. She also finds enjoyment in playing video, card, and board games, and spending time with her family while discovering new adventures.

Brianna Radford provides services with supervision.
