About Raquan Moser (He/Him)
Raquan Moser, LCSW-Associate, helps adults, seniors, and older adults across North Carolina navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based mental health care. At LifeStance Health, he provides individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management services for individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and a range of other mental health concerns. Raquan is committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Raquan is especially passionate about helping individuals facing substance use concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. He understands that experiences such as alcohol and drug use issues, midlife changes, later life transitions, and difficulties within relationships can affect every aspect of daily functioning. His therapeutic approach focuses on helping patients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies that support long-term emotional wellness and personal growth. Drawing from evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Raquan tailors treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs and goals. He works collaboratively with patients to address concerns including mood disorders, trauma, grief, sleep difficulties, men’s issues, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. He also offers additional therapeutic approaches and services based on the specific needs of those he serves. His professional philosophy emphasizes meeting people where they are, recognizing individual strengths, and supporting lasting progress through a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding. Outside of his clinical work, Raquan enjoys singing, cooking, taking walks and hikes, and exploring new restaurants.
Raquan Moser provides services with supervision.
