Arielle Johnson, LAC, helps individuals and families in New Jersey navigate life’s challenges by creating a safe, supportive space where healing and personal growth can thrive. She works with adolescents, teens, and adults up to age 55 facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. Arielle brings a thoughtful and compassionate presence to each session, using evidence-based therapy approaches tailored to the unique needs of each person she serves. Whether supporting teens struggling with identity and school issues, or adults facing transitions or trauma, Arielle is committed to walking alongside her clients with both care and clinical skill. Arielle is especially passionate about working with individuals experiencing reproductive challenges, postpartum depression, and anxiety. She also provides affirming care for members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with histories of adoption or foster care, and those living with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders. Arielle integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients move through suffering, clarify values, and build lives of meaning and connection. She offers individual therapy for a range of needs. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use recovery, and midlife transitions. Outside of her clinical work, Arielle enjoys spending time immersed in creativity and community. She has a passion for building Lego flower sets, painting, solving puzzles, and attending live music events and Broadway musicals. She is also actively involved in church outreach programs and finds joy in sharing action movies with friends and family.
