Grace Kenny helps teens and adults across New Jersey navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional balance, and stronger relationships through individual, couples, and family therapy at LifeStance Health. She creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build awareness, and develop practical tools to improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Grace’s areas of clinical expertise include anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns, and she also supports individuals facing a wide range of additional challenges. Grace uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to help clients better understand their thoughts, identify and manage emotions, and strengthen communication skills. She partners with clients to tailor treatment plans that align with their personal goals and values. Grace has experience working with diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals involved in adoption or foster care, and first responders. She is committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming therapeutic environment where each client feels respected and understood.

In addition to working with individual teens and adults at every stage of life, Grace also supports couples and families in improving communication, resolving conflict, and building strong, healthy relationships. Grace understands the complexities of family dynamics, and she works to empower clients in relationships to support each other.

Outside of her clinical work, Grace enjoys spending time with cats, walking, writing, reading, and listening to music. These personal interests contribute to her thoughtful, reflective approach and help her connect with clients in a genuine and approachable way.

Grace Kenny provides services with supervision.
