DeLynn Dellarosa-Bady helps adults throughout Oregon navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions with a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy. As a provisionally licensed counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy tailored to each person’s experiences, goals, and emotional needs. DeLynn works with young adults and adults who may feel overwhelmed by stress, relationship difficulties, emotional pain, or the lasting impact of traumatic experiences, helping them build practical tools for healing and long-term emotional wellness. DeLynn is especially passionate about supporting individuals coping with anxiety, PTSD/trauma, and women’s mental health concerns. She has experience helping survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and complex trauma process difficult experiences in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. She understands how trauma can affect self-esteem, relationships, emotional regulation, and daily functioning, and she works carefully with clients at a pace that feels empowering and manageable. Her goal is to help clients strengthen self-awareness, reconnect with their sense of identity, and move toward healthier patterns of thinking and coping. Her therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and additional trauma-informed strategies to support emotional growth and resilience. DeLynn also works with adults navigating couple’s issues, midlife transitions, and depression, while offering support for additional mental health concerns. She values creating a therapy space where clients feel respected, heard, and genuinely understood throughout the counseling process. Since beginning her clinical work in 2021, DeLynn has remained committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered mental health care. She earned her education through Multnomah University and Eastern Oregon University, bringing both professional training and authentic compassion into her work with patients. Outside of therapy, DeLynn enjoys cooking, baking, working in the yard, and spending meaningful time with her family. She believes maintaining connection and balance outside of work is an important part of overall well-being.
