Mary Coll, LAPC,
About Mary Coll (She/Her)
Mary Coll helps adults and older adults throughout Pennsylvania navigate difficult emotions, life transitions, and personal challenges with empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based care. As a provisionally licensed counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients can better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change. Her primary areas of focus include anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting individuals facing a variety of other emotional and mental health concerns. Mary is particularly dedicated to helping individuals who feel stuck during periods of transition or uncertainty. Whether someone is adjusting to changes in relationships, career paths, aging, loss, or evolving life roles, she helps patients build resilience and reconnect with their strengths. She understands that major life changes can bring both challenges and opportunities for growth, and she works collaboratively with patients to develop greater confidence, self-awareness, and emotional balance. Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Mary incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients identify unhelpful patterns, manage distressing emotions, and take meaningful steps toward their personal goals. She has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and is committed to creating an inclusive space where patients feel respected, valued, and understood. Mary believes that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and self-discovery. She encourages patients to approach themselves with compassion while developing practical tools that support lasting emotional wellness and improved quality of life. She earned her education through Bucks County Community College and Delaware Valley University, where she developed a strong foundation in counseling and behavioral health. Outside of her clinical work, Mary enjoys spending time with animals, exploring nature, creating art, and pursuing lifelong learning. Her passion for personal growth and creativity reflects the values she brings to her therapeutic work, encouraging patients to embrace growth and discovery in their own lives.
Mary Coll provides services with supervision.
