About Tracey Tillinghast
Tracey Tillinghast is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island who has been practicing since 2017. She received her MSW from Rhode Island College. Tracey became a therapist/social worker because she loves helping people. She believes everyone deserves individualized treatment to address and meet their needs. Tracey utilizes many treatment modalities, but especially likes person-centered and strength-based approach while incorporating a variety of interventions focused on the individual. When not at work, Tracey enjoys exercising, going on walks, nature, reading, spending time with her family, especially her adult daughter. Her favorite season is the summer where she enjoys spending time at the beach and on the water.
