I'm a new patient and just started virtual counseling with Tracey Tillinghast, to help me mentally to heal my past trauma and motivate myself, to get out and do more hobbies, stuff I like to do and she's very easy to talk to so far. 1st day was just intake but I will have an appointment every other Thursday they work with you insurance and its based on what and how much you think you'll need!!

I felt comfortable first time there. I suffer from anxiety and social anxiety. But the environment and my therapist all made me feel comfort. Im looking forward to my appointments and i highly recommend for anyone struggling with mental health issues to stop by.
