About Jennifer Pace (She/Her)

Jennifer Pace helps teens, adults, and older adults throughout Rhode Island navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based mental health care. At LifeStance Health, she partners with patients who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, helping them develop practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and improve their overall quality of life. Jennifer believes that meaningful therapy begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to create positive change. Jennifer is particularly passionate about helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She understands that emotional distress can affect relationships, career satisfaction, physical health, and daily functioning. Her approach focuses on helping patients better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing skills that support lasting emotional wellness and personal growth. Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches, Jennifer incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her work. She tailors treatment to each person’s individual needs and goals, recognizing that every patient’s experience is unique. In addition to her primary specialties, Jennifer has experience supporting individuals facing a variety of additional mental health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Jennifer values a collaborative and strengths-based approach to therapy. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy, helping patients improve communication, navigate change, and build healthier connections with themselves and others. Whether someone is coping with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship difficulties, women’s mental health concerns, or significant life transitions, Jennifer strives to provide care that is both compassionate and clinically effective. Outside of her clinical practice, Jennifer enjoys running, exercising, spending time outdoors, and exploring art and music. These interests reflect her appreciation for creativity, balance, and overall wellness, values that also influence her approach to helping patients achieve healthier and more fulfilling lives. Jennifer earned her education from Rhode Island College and brings a thoughtful, patient-centered perspective to her work. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she is committed to creating a supportive environment where patients can build confidence, overcome obstacles, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.
