I received my Master of Arts in counseling from Montclair State University and I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. Throughout my counseling career I have worked in various community mental health settings and have worked with clients in person as well as through telehealth. I have experience working with various different age groups from middle schoolers to those facing end of life. No matter what has you seeking therapy, I believe finding the right therapist for you is one of the key steps to its success. My goal in working with you is to provide a space where you can be heard and feel understood. You are the expert on you but sometimes on the rollercoaster of life we can get off track, lose ourselves and forget who we are. My hope is to work with you in a supportive, collaborative and an empowering way to help you find yourself and get back on track again. My therapeutic style is eclectic, as I find counseling is not a one size fits all approach. I strive to use approaches that best fit my clients. I often use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness to name a few. Most importantly, let’s figure out together what might be the best approach for you. In my free time I love spending time with my family and traveling the world at any chance I get.
