Dr. Dong practices general adult psychiatry. She graduated from Tianjin Medical University, China and completed her psychiatric residency at University of Maryland and Sheppard Pratt Hospital. Dr. Dong served as a staff psychiatrist at Sheppard Pratt Hospital for two years.
