Children’s Emotion Regulation Group in East Lansing, Michigan
This group is designed to help children learn to manage emotions in healthy ways.
Group Overview:
This 7-week group offers an engaging, creative approach to emotional wellness through art, music, teamwork, crafts, and interactive activities. Participants will build skills in identifying and expressing emotions, recognizing triggers, and developing healthy coping strategies to better manage emotions in everyday life, while in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Participants:
Group 1: Children ages 3 to 6
Group 2: Children ages 7 to 9
Cost: Insurance and self-pay
When:
Group 1: In-person on Mondays from 3 to 4:30 p.m., starting June 22 and ending August 3, 2026.
Group 2: In-person on Wednesdays from 3 to 4:30 p.m., starting June 24 and ending August 5, 2026.
Facilitator:
Jamie Boivin, LPC, is a dedicated therapist at LifeStance Health, serving children, adolescents, and families across Michigan.
