The group will include psychoeducation on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies to deal with anxiety and a forum for participants to process their experiences.

Participants: Adults ages 18 to 65 and diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder or adjustment disorder with anxious mood

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Tennessee.
