Not a patient or an incoming patient, BUT: I spoke with an appointments representative, Jessica, who was going to assist me with scheduling my mom for an outpatient psych appointment. Throughout our 5 minute conversation, she was extremely kind, compassionate, and willing to help. Though the clinic did not take our insurance, Jessica was still willing to help me, to the best of her ability and knowledge, to find resources to find a facility that would take my mother's insurance. Though we did not see or schedule with a provider, it's just a small reminder how much an individual can impact your experience, even prior to stepping into the premise or building. :)

My Therapist Amy W. is amazing. She takes the time to listen and helps me to mutually determine the best route(s) to my care. Her support gives me an environment of comfort. A place where I can be fully expressive and know that I havr been heard. I have seen so many therapists in this town, due to constant change overs. But, other than the Clinician who 1st diagnosed me, I have never had one better than Amy. I will follow her wherever she goes, if she will always let me. Thank you for all of your support, compassion, listening, and consideration, Amy. They mean everything to me.

Seeing the doctors was a great experience. However, appointment reminders are via text, require a lot of documentation to be filled out on your phone and if you miss an appointment they charge you a $175 fee. Luckily, since I had extenuating circumstances, they waived the fee for me this time. I really like the service they provide. I just think it should be a little less punishing for not remembering an appointment when being treated for ADHD.

👋 Darra Marcus has been a true delight. She has helped my daughter navigate a very challenging time in her young life after her mother and I split up. Darra is very professional and has a calm yet warm demeanor. She has been excellent at listening to all sides and helped with communication for us all. Highly recommended.

I am so excited that I chose to make an appointment. The therapist that I saw was fantastic. She understood what I was saying and validated my feelings. She was her authentic self and encouraged me to continue with my authentic self. I think I can gain a lot of insight, help, and understanding With this therapist.

Very professional, clean office, very caring and understanding. I really like my doctor. He listens and takes the time to treat each person individually to their own needs. He doesn’t care for every patient the same like some places. We are all individuals with different minds and needs.
