Had to switch to LifeStance for booking and Telehealth b/c my therapist was switching and I’d follow her anywhere. Once my therapist was truly “live” on the website for booking, everything has been smooth sailing. It was trying to pre-book and get my ducks in a row ahead of time that was the issue- my therapist was in contact with a specific individual who gave her specific instructions on what her clients should do if they wanted to follow her to LifeStance to continue seeing her. She passes on these instructions to her clients, and I follow them. Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with at LifeStance said I could only start booking once my therapist’s “first day” had passed because they didn’t have her schedule yet. So it was only a smooth transition once that first official day had passed. I will say I am impressed with how robust and easy to use the platform is now that my therapist and I have officially switched.

I had a great experience for my first visit. I found Dr.Elizabeth Ssemanda to be knowledgeable, patient and attentive. She put me at ease and was very easy to talk to and i felt as though she was being very thorough in her clinical assessment . My expectations were exceeded. Thank you!

Very convenient central location. Lots of free parking, including 24 Handicapped Spaces. Pleasant clean waiting room. Dr. V was right on time for my Appointment. Cheerful helpful Doctor answered all my questions and more. Ended up staying for one full hour. Very Pleased.

I highly recommend LifeStance. I have seen three separate therapists one for medication maintenance that I see now who is absolutely amazing and two I have seen for therapy. They have both been absolutely amazing as well.
