I have been with Life Stance for several years now. I have two awesome people. I am working with my psychiatrist, Jennifer McMahon Who is very educated regarding medication‘s and has great suggestions and very supportive. I have psychotherapy with Gabrielle Goldstein Who is very caring and takes the time to listen she’s not judgmental. I really enjoy talking with her. I couldn’t have two better doctors. The only problem I have is with billing. I switch insurance companies in January. It took seven phone calls to the billing department and after three months it was finally fixed, but overall, I couldn’t be happier I could tell Jennifer McMahan and Gabrielle Goldstein really care about their patients

This company is awesome my therapist is really cool I did have one therapist who is pushing me and that was the only thing I had a problem with so far the other therapist I've had now is doing really awesome with me 💗 she understands what type of problems I have but my grandparents and parents sometimes they don't understand on what type of issues I have but your therapist can understand all that sometimes it's not easy but you just got to keep pushing through it 😄

Contact can be slow and a little disjointed (centralized office that either has a long wait and their callback function is iffy), but that aside the quality of care is fantastic. I feel seen, heard, and my psychiatrist and I have already made great progress. Contacting doctors directly is simple through the messaging portal, but all scheduling is done through that central call line. All in all, they have been very quick to get me the care I need - i do recommend them!

I was seen by Megan Robinson in Washington, MO and it was a pleasure to be a new patient there. I hadn’t been to a psychiatrist in over a decade so I was quite nervous. We sat down and did a few intake forms. During that process she really made me feel validated in a way I didn’t know I was lacking. I felt like she did a great job of being psychiatrist in that she straddled the line of therapist and medical practitioner. I’m grateful to have seen her!

I’ve been seeing Ashley Wisdom for several months and I’m so glad I chose her. Working in healthcare is stressful and we deal with things our families can’t understand so it’s been helpful having someone to keep my head on straight 🤪. The scheduling process was easy and the communication between Life Stance and myself is great. I recommend this to anyone who needs to talk to someone or just keep your feet on the ground.

Jennifer McMahan Is my psychiatrist. I wake up in the morning now happy to open up my eyes and continue with the day. I’ve had a lot of psychiatrist, but she’s different.
