You’ll feel comfortable sharing your story with her in the non-judgmental and open-minded space she provides. You’ll receive honest, supportive guidance when she asks the tough questions you might be afraid to ask yourself. You’ll be met where you’re at and allowed to come to your own conclusions about the concerns that brings you to therapy.

Ashley’s clients can overcome many issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, parenting, anger, self-esteem, and adjustment. The types of tools she uses in sessions depend on the client and their concerns. When appropriate, assessment tools and/or homework may be used to give Ashley and the client better insight. Active listening, reframing, creating a sense of safety, and humor are some of the common techniques she uses to engage clients.

Ashley specializes in early childhood mental and interpersonal trauma. She utilizes TF-CBT, attachment theory, strengths-based, and person-centered modalities to help clients work through their concerns. She also draws from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused therapy because both have principles that align with her therapeutic style and approach.

As an LCSW and with 9 years of counseling experience, Ashley has worked with children, adolescents, families, couples, adults of all ages. She’s also been a clinical case manager, account manager, and a director of social service, and values helping people from all backgrounds.
