Specializes In:
As a mental health therapist, I believe that it is important to meet my clients where they are. Building trust with my clients in therapy is very important to me so that I can continue to provide them with a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about their struggles and work towards setting goals. I like to incorporate humor and laughter in combination with working through serious conversations with clients.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, substance abuse, and addiction. I use an integrative therapeutic approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused approaches, and strengths-based techniques. I also enjoy using a Person-Centered Approach with clients and believe in the importance of empathetic care.
In my spare time, I like to play video games, read, hangout with family and friends and do yoga.
