Overall, I am happy with the help I got on my very first video call with the doctor.. He is doing well with his conversion from African dialect to English. However, I personally am not one of the best at deciphering those types of phonetics. So overall 4 stars out of 5 is great It would have been 5 stars if I could have understood everything he said clearly but I definitely got the help that I needed, very nice doctor. 4 stars alone from their customer service. Called 2 places because I couldn't figure out Bloomingtons direct line and each branch was so sweet and kind and helped me regardless. I love a friendly customer service attitude. 4 stars for that alone. 5 if I had the money to afford their actual service but other than that. Thank you customer service team because I hate feeling anxiety with moody and rude reps.

I’ve had a great experience with the Lifestance Health office on 3601 Minnesota Dr. The lobby is inviting and cozy, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. My psychiatrist, Krista, has been exceptional—I genuinely feel like she cares about helping me and supporting my progress. For anyone seeking mental health support, I highly recommend this facility.

This was my first time at this clinic. The doctor treated me like I was a person and took the time to discuss my symtoms and figured out how to better help me. I have been to many psychiatrists and had negative experiences. This was different. I finally found a doctor that I like and that helped me.
