Jessica Pusch, LPCC, helps adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Minnesota navigate life’s most difficult challenges with compassion, clinical expertise, and a deeply individualized approach to care. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual, couples, and family therapy for a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and other complex mental health needs. Jessica believes that effective therapy begins with understanding each person’s unique story and creating a space where healing, growth, and resilience can develop. Jessica is especially passionate about supporting individuals living with co-occurring disorders, chronic health conditions, ADHD, and Bipolar I and II disorders. She understands the significant impact that mental health symptoms, physical health challenges, and life stressors can have on daily functioning and relationships. Her approach focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and build meaningful lives aligned with their values. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she tailors treatment to each individual’s goals and circumstances. With experience across multiple levels of mental health and substance use treatment, Jessica also works with individuals facing complex life situations, including those recently discharged from psychiatric hospitalization, involved in court-ordered treatment, navigating workers’ compensation claims, parental custody matters, disability-related concerns, or other current legal challenges. She has extensive experience helping clients manage emotional distress while working through these demanding circumstances. Jessica serves teens, adults, and seniors and has experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, first responders, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders, among many others. In addition to her clinical work, she is committed to helping clients discover their strengths and develop sustainable pathways toward wellness and recovery. Outside of therapy, Jessica enjoys reading, listening to music—especially artists from the 1960s and 1970s—traveling, spending time outdoors, and relaxing at her cabin. She is also passionate about wellness, longevity, holistic approaches to healing, and supporting recovery from chronic health conditions.
