Many people struggle with anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions that can leave them feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected. My goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. I believe that effective therapy helps clients develop resilience, self-awareness, and the skills to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. Together we can identify practical steps toward meaningful and sustainable change.

I integrate evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic Therapy to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, I work with you to identify patterns that may be holding you back and help you build tools for lasting emotional well-being.

Before becoming a clinician, I worked as an attorney and a mechanic—experiences that have shaped my understanding of human complexity, resilience, and the value of empathy. Clinically, I’ve worked on inpatient psychiatric units and in emergency behavioral health settings within hospital emergency departments, supporting individuals in acute crises.
