About Katie Hatzitheodorou (She/Her)
Katie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida, who has been practicing since 2009. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2004 with a B.S. in Psychology. She then went on to receive her graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
Katie is currently trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Her clinical areas of focus include, but are not limited to: trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and more. Katie is passionate about collaborating with her patients to in order to deliver the highest quality care. Katie works to tailor her treatment approach and style to meet the individual needs of her patients, find their inner strength and resilience, while also adhering to evidence-based treatment practices.
