Dr. Leslie Kille specializes in working thru a trauma-informed lens with youth, adults, families, and elders. She received her MSW through the University of South Florida and Educational Doctorate from The University of Sarasota. Dr. Kille has more than 25 years of experience providing therapeutic counseling services in mental health and substance use residential, Intensive Outpatient, hospice work and Outpatient community-based settings serving in the roles Clinical Director to licensed therapist. This experience includes using a strength-based approach and working in partnership to release the weight of past trauma and victimization and empowering people to claim what they want from this journey of life.

Dr. Kille has worked in specialized therapeutic foster care and is certified in National Child Welfare parenting program. Dr. Kille firmly adheres to living life in the question and every day gives us a chance to redefine and decide how we want our lives to unfold. My experience includes working with life transitions, grief, and loss issues, LBGTQI challenges, mood regulation; and what can often present as life-crippling anxiety, depression, and PTSD experiences. Therapy is about you taking steps toward continued growth and mastery over your life. Outside of work, Dr. Kille is a professional musician and avid hiker.
