Mandi Merica is a licensed professional counselor and licensed addiction counselor who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from Walden University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Mandi believes in helping her clients find balance in their lives by finding those strengths and hidden parts. Mandi often combines approaches to find a style that works for each client, blending mindfulness and person centered qualities with more skill focused interventions including CBT and DBT. Her main focus of treatment include anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, trauma, interpersonal conflict and parenting issues.
