I see a lot of reviews that lump the staff in with Ms. Pinero. My review is solely based off of my experience with her not the staff. I have been seeing her for almost 2 years now. I came at a really low point and I am certainly not in the same place I started. Ms. Pinero is real. She helps you understand the root of your problem. I had gone to several different psychs before and felt they were either pill pushers or didn’t truly care about my experience, Ms. Pinero remembers things about me and makes me feel as though I’m not just a number. I love having a provider than can relate to me and validate my experience.
