Hi, I’m Karriann Longtin, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois and I’ve been licensed as a nurse practitioner since 2008. I’m passionate about making mental health care accessible and breaking down the stigma around it. With a rich background in healthcare, I bring a holistic approach to mental health, focusing on compassionate and comprehensive care.

I met with Karriann for the first time today after needing to switch providers. I already see someone with lifestance health for therapy and I love her. Karriann came recommended to me by my provider. Karriann took time to understand the issues I came to her with and was very informative and relatable which gave me comfort in being there. I had a great visit and feel comfortable in her care. She is very sweet and knowledgeable.

I do enjoy my therapist very much with this company. She takes time to explain and keeps things really calm and cool. She was able to get me the help and diagnosis I needed to continue on through life. I was very anxious and stressed but it turns out my anxiety was an underlying disorder that I didn't know I had. I am very thankful to lifestance and Kariann Longtin for her help with my mental health journey.

The team at lifestance have helped me so much, I was struggling with somethings and wasn't sure how to deal with them. I learned that taking care of myself and having boundaries has really changed my life. Staff are terrific, testing was scheduled in a reasonable time, and I was able to proceed with treatment for my AuDHD and begin counseling to deal with coping mechanisms, technological advances and apps, as well as trying different meds until I felt truly comfortable with how I felt in my daily life.

This was my first time coming in person. I absolutely love my provider, Kariann. It took me a long time to find someone who listens and makes me feel heard and understood. The office was nice and the receptionist was kind and helpful. No complaints at all.
