I loved that Dr. Christy Smith listened to us and helped to mediate disagreements and misunderstandings and then guide the direction of the conversation back to the topic we started on calmly. She was very kind and understanding. I really liked that she asked a lot of questions regarding statements we made forcing us to talk more. Since that was the basis for our being there to begin with. I have been to other therapists in the past and they were not really as engaging as she was, and I liked that it challenged us a little to respond more to each other and to her questions and well as her guided remarks. So I say 10 out of 10 and I am thrilled to go back. I really think we got matched with the perfect person for what we need help with. With luck I hope she can give us the tools to communicate better with each other and be on the same page with the kids.

Booking an appointment was pretty easy and intake forms, well, their intake forms. Those are never easy and always take time. I had time to get them done in sitting, not sure if it allows you the option to save and continue at a later time. Besides that booking and confirming appointment was pretty good.

My first visit there n I was comfortable it was only my secomd time visiting a therapist n the first time at a different location I never went back bc I didn't feel it was right but like I said this time was different hope to continue n work on my self with the therapist

I was hesitant about using the virtual visit option to see your provider, but it was a very good experience. I will be more open to this as a means to see your providers in the future. Dr. Abby was very knowledgeable.
