Sara Ballard, PMHNP, helps adults in Kentucky navigate complex mental health challenges with expertise, compassion, and personalized care. Through LifeStance Health, she provides medication management for adults across young adulthood, midlife, and later years, creating a supportive space where patients can stabilize symptoms, improve overall wellness, and regain control over their daily lives. Sara is particularly passionate about supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands the unique challenges that can arise during this transition and focuses on ensuring continuity of care, reducing risk of relapse, and promoting overall emotional stability. Her approach is patient-centered, emphasizing safety, empowerment, and practical strategies to navigate ongoing mental health needs.
In her broader practice, Sara treats conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder, while also addressing post-partum depression, PTSD/trauma, and other complex mental health concerns.
