I’ve been a patient with LifeStance since October of 2024 and I don’t have one bad thing to say. They always answer when I call, they always call back if needed, they go above and beyond to help you get answers to any questions. My therapist is Beth and I will follow her wherever she goes because she talks to me like I am her friend not a client and for me that makes all the difference. She always responds quickly if I leave a message on their patient portal which is a fabulous tool to have I wish all doctor offices had one. If you are in need of great care sign up to Life Stance you won’t regret it!

Absolutely love the counselor my daughter is working with and we learned so much just in the 1st visit! Did you know that she has the capability of genetic testing!?!?! That is awesome, to me!! To know they can test your DNA and see exactly what medication works best for you, if needed, is an EXCELLENT source!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I would give 5/5 stars, but due to a billing hiccup that has still been unresolved I rate a 4/5. Friendly atmosphere, my therapist Holly West is excellent. Online billing, check-in, and appointment reminders. Like I said, I have 1 remaining billing issue that remains to be addressed.

My regular Psych MD is still out on Maternity leave and I got to see Rebecca O’Hair today and if I didn’t love my Morgan who I already see I would definitely switch to Rebecca!!! She came Highly recommended and I absolutely would give 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!
