I was hesitant to transfer my care to LifeStance at first because of negative reviews and more importantly my past experiences with other providers outside LifeStance has left a negative impression.. As a result it’s been a significant source of stress, finding providers in Kentucky who treat patients with co-occurring disorders. So I decided to give LifeStance a chance having no expectations What immediately stood out was how easy everything was. I could schedule my appointment and complete all intake paperwork online, which was a huge factor for me. If I’d had to call to schedule, I probably wouldn’t have followed through. The platform removes many of the usual barriers to starting treatment, including insurance-based provider filtering and convenient telehealth options. There were also plenty of available appointments, even within 24 to 48 hours. On the day of my appointment, I had a login issue due to entering the wrong phone number. The front-desk staff woman I spoke with on the phone quickly resolved it and helped ease my anxiety. The interaction was professional, friendly, and reassuring. My initial appointment was with William “Mike” Compton. Based on interactions with other providers in Kentucky I had pretty much expected this visit would play out negatively . However the visit was totally changed my perspective. Mr Comptons calm, respectful, and conversational approach immediately put me at ease. He was attentive, patient, and collaborative, making the appointment feel safe and comfortable rather than rushed or overly clinical. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend LifeStance and providers like Mr. Compton, to those individuals in Kentucky struggling with complex or co-occurring diagnoses or those struggling to access quality mental health care locally.

I have had several experiences with therapists in the past. They were never good enough for what I needed. Coming to Lifestance, formerly Beaumont, I was placed with whomever had openings, and I was pleasantly surprised. Sean Blackburn has been an amazing therapist. He has actually worked with me on the things that I have needed. He has also just listened when I needed that. I have gained new skills that have helped me traverse this world, near and far. He and Erica Webb pretty much saved me through my divorce. I have told them many times that I don't know what I would have done without them through that awful experience. Erica is my second nurse practitioner with Lifestance. Jarrod Lemon was my first. Jarrod was very good. Erica has been even better. She listens in order to gain perspective on what I need from my meds. She has made many adjustments through my time with her, and this has been very beneficial for me. Even when I received a bill for services that my insurance rejected due to some unforseen issues not on Lifestance's end, the billing department was very helpful in lowering that bill so that I vould pay it. I feel seen and heard with the people who are working with me. That, I will forever be thankful for. Lifestance administration, please do not make things difficult for the professionals who work for you. They deal with so many heavy issues and people who need so much more than I do - and I have needed a lot at times. If everyone is as good as the staff who I have been working with, they deserve everything good along with a job that they want to go to.

I would recommend Lifestance to anyone and I have. Dr. Compton has helped me tremendously and I am very grateful. I have PTSD, Chronic Anxiety and Depression and I hardly ever have panic attacks anymore and my sleep has turned from racing thoughts to at least a good 6 to 8 hours of great sound sleep. Also, I've seen a great therapist that has helped me with cognitive therapy and I find myself staying positive in situations where before I was always negative. Lifestance saved my mental life. Thank you and may GOD BLESS all who work together to help people with mental health issues.

I saw Dr Julie Brooks today for my meds renewal. She is the best Mental Health Professional that I’ve ever seen. She really loves her job you can tell because she takes the time to get to know her patients and connects with them. You can be feeling the worse that you can when you go in to see her and when you come out you’re completely feel a lot better.

Therebvery polite and patented means alot and until I talked to you Linda Mason and her staff I didnt think I needed therapy but as soon as she started talking to me I opened my mouth to tell her a few things and I just felt so comfortable with her I couldn't stop and we ran out of time was my only issue but we always have next week thank you Mrs mason

I have a therapist I have been seeing for almost 4 years now and I wouldn't have been able to get this help without lifestance. The therapists and other specialists are amazing and are really helping me with my mental health! I think everyone needs therapy and I highly recommend lifestance!
