About Sally Campbell (She/Her)
Sally Campbell is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
(APRN), dually board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She earned her Master of
Science in Nursing and FNP from Western Kentucky University in 2011, and her
PMHNP also from WKU in 2021. She obtained her Associate of Science in Nursing
from Eastern Kentucky University in 2006 and worked most of her years a nurse
in Pediatrics. Sally has experience as a NP working in outpatient and inpatient
settings. She is a member of American Psychiatric Nurses Association. Sally
sees children, adolescents, and adults, and prescribes medications starting at
age 6. Sally specializes in the areas of anxiety, attention-deficit
hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, bipolar, depression, obsessive-compulsive
disorder (OCD), panic, post-traumatic stress disorder, and more. Sally’s Life
Stance is to treat each person individually and holistically, recognizing one’s
strengths, helping patients cope, learn about their disorder and treatment, and
ultimately help them to live their best life.
